Psychological services are now provided online using secure televideo software. This provides greater protection in this time of Covid-19 from the comfort and privacy of your home or workplace. Ideally you should have PC or laptop, an iPad or a phone. The counselling session will utilise the doxy.me or Zoom platforms to provide a secure and confidential service. Doxy.me and Zoom implement state of the art security and encryption protocols to assure that your data integrity and privacy is maintained. This means your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored.
Simply fill out the Contact Us form and I will be in touch with you to arrange your first appointment online and discuss fees. Secure payment is made by debit or credit card via the integrated Stripe payment system link.

Communication Channels
Online therapy enables you to get help right away. This includes SMS/chat, video, and phone therapy options.
